finalize和finish區別

Finish表示過去某個時候著手做的事已經做完，或者表示對已經做完的事進行精密加工。

例：

Finalize 詞根fin＝to end（結束） v.把(計劃，稿件等)最後定下來，定案，主要用於官方文字，意思是把辦理了很久或擱置了了的事情做一了結。例如：to finalize a budge estimate（完成預算估計.
