people後面用三單嗎

分情況：

1、作“人、人們”講時，總是以單數形式表示複數概念。

2、people作“民族”時，有單複數之分.a people 為“一個民族”，peoples為許多國家或地區的不同民族

“Person”與“People”：

Person強調的是個體，可以泛指man， woman或child中的任何一個，它的複數形式是Persons，只不過人們習慣用People代替persons

People強調的是群體，所以當說一個人的時候，不用people，當表示兩個以上的人的時候，就需要用 People了。

如:

Three people和Three persons這兩種表達都可以使用，但我們要根據不同的情境使用。強調個人時，三個人就是Three persons強調整體的時候，我們要說Three people。

例句：

There are 40 students in our class， but onlythree peoplepassed the exam.

我們班有40名學生，但只有三個人通過了這次考試。
