第二句中的It是形式主語，不同於後面的it和第一句的It.

used then.說明it所代表的事物不能用了，後面一空如果填allowed，則是不允許用，前後意思相差較大，若用possible，表示不可能用了，與前面的意思剛好可以銜接上如要選擇最佳選項那當然是possible，因為它更符合前後語義

It作形式主語，句子真正的主語是後面的that從句部分，can be used 是被動式謂語，to argue是不定式做賓語
