certianly與sure的區別

sure 既可用做形容詞，也可用作副詞。

1、 作形容詞時，意為“肯定，確信，有把握”。常用以下句型：

1）be sure of /about 相信，確信 例如：I am sure of /about his success .我確信他會成功。

2）be sure to 一定，務必 例如：Be sure to come earlier tomorrow. 請明天必須早點來。

3）be sure +that 從句 例如：I am sure (that) I left the book on the desk. 我肯定把書忘在桌子上了。

4）be sure +wh-從句 例如：They're not sure whether they could come or not. 他們不能肯定能不能來。

5）be sure +wh-詞+不定式 例如：I am not sure where to go. 我不能肯定到什麼地方去。

2、 用作副詞時，一般取“當然，當然可以”之意。此時可與certainly，of course換用。例如：—Could you lend me your bicycle—Sure.

certainly 為certain 的副詞，用法如下：

1、 意為“無疑地，確定地，肯定，必定”。

1）在肯定句和疑問句中，certainly 用於be動詞、助動詞、情態動詞後、行為動詞前。例如：

This car is certainly not mine.（be動詞is之後）這輛車確實不是我的。

I certainly never expected to become a writer.（行為動詞expect之前）我確實從來沒想過會成為一名作家。

2）在否定句中，certainly 用於be動詞、助動詞、情態動詞之前。例如：We certainly mustn't forget that .我們當然不能忘記這一點。（情態動詞的否定式之前）

2、 用在答語中表示“當然可以，沒問題”，此時可以與sure，of course 換用。
