這是句There be句型的陳述句。由陳述句變為否定句有兩種方法:

方法一，直接在There be 後新增副詞not構成，其它語序不變。

原句變為否定句為:

公園附近沒有電影院。

方法二，在There be之後新增形容詞no來表示否定(no=not any)。其它語序不變。

原句變為否定句為:

There is no cinema near the park .

公園附近及有電影院。
