onto和towards區別

區別就是兩者都是介詞但意思是不一樣的，具體不同如下

toward表示朝....的方向或到....的方向，地方。 

Onto表示到...之上 對...瞭解 對映到...的身上

He headed downhill toward the river.他朝山腳下的小河走去。

We bundled out onto the street.我們大夥急忙跑到街上。

onto

釋義:向……prep.

(與動詞連用，表示朝某處或某位置運動)向，朝朝向，面向(某個方向)

例句:

If any of the spray goes onto the lawn it will scorch the grass.

這種噴霧劑向草坪上輕輕一噴，就會使草枯黃。

prep.到...之上向...之上

The cat jumped onto the chair.

貓跳到椅子上。

The boy climbed onto the roof top.

男孩爬到屋頂上

towards 作介詞，是徑直面對的意思 比如說我徑直走向銀行，就是walk towards a bank 徑直走向門

就是 move towards a door

向，朝面對

I saw her walking towards the bank.我看到她朝銀行走去。

Jean moved towards the door.瓊向門口走過去。
