何為交誼舞

要了解跳交誼舞的技巧,先認識一下交誼舞的基礎知識,主要都有哪些種類起源於哪裡

交誼舞的起源

交誼舞是起源於西方的國際性的社交舞蹈,又稱舞廳舞,舞會舞,社交舞,國標舞。最早起源於歐洲,在古老民間舞蹈的基礎上發展演變而成。自16、17世紀起,交誼舞已在歐洲各國成為一種普遍的社交活動,故有“世界語言”之稱。到20世紀20年代以後,交誼舞在世界各地風行起來,所以又稱它為國際舞。

交誼舞的種類

第一類為現代舞:華爾茲Waltz(慢三步)、探戈Tango、狐步SlowFoxtrot、快步QuickStep、維也納華爾茲VienneseWaltz(快三步)、布魯斯舞。

第二類為拉丁舞:倫巴Rumba、恰恰恰ChaChaCha、桑巴Samba、鬥牛PasoDoble、牛仔舞Jive。

跳交誼舞技巧

在交誼舞中,舞者姿態與動作技巧展現在每個舞步與動作中,可以說想要跳出優美流暢、技藝精湛的交誼舞,這兩者是必備的基本功。因此交誼舞者要按照動作技巧,嚴格要求自己,才能展現出優美的舞姿,表現出標準的動作。舞者姿態和動作技巧要點如下。

舞者姿態

基本姿態

男士以自然直立,雙膝稍曲之姿勢站立,雙腳至身體往前傾,腰部緊撐,肩膀自然放鬆,胸部不可拉緊,身體之重量往前放在腳掌上,雙腳平放。女士基本上與男士的姿勢相同,只是在腰部以上姿勢須稍向後,但不可太誇張。

姿勢要點

跳舞時,非常講究基本姿勢正確,上半身要往上伸拔,下半身則要往下鬆沉,使得脊柱像吊著的鐵鏈一樣,既鬆垂畢直而又靈活,這樣,從中腰起,上下就有一種對拉的抗衡力,尤如禾苗的生長,根往下生,莖往上長使身體放長,增加身體上下的抗衡力,抗衡力越大,就越能增加彈性和爆發力。要取得良好的姿勢和內在力量,最好的方法是記住一些最基本的要點:

1、站立時,懸頂拔背,氣沉丹田。這樣,可使背肌往上伸展,脊柱保持中正不偏同時,可以增加頸部到腰腹的長度,更重要的是使身體保持舞蹈的"直腰"。

2、頭部的轉動,要帶動整個脊柱轉動,而不是頭頸單獨轉動。兩肩鬆垂,兩肘微微向下鬆沉,使身體重心不至提升,跳摩登舞時,握持不要夾得太緊,也不能大鬆軟要穩固,十分堅定,有彈性,不能僵硬。

3、收小腹,利用丹田內氣控制呼吸(橫隔膜逆式呼吸),胸部要非常舒鬆自然。腰胯要放鬆,膝部要保持微曲和鬆弛,感覺腰腿至腳大拇指的長度。

4、主力腿又稱重心腿,是指動作過程中或形成姿態時,支撐身體重心的一條腿,它與動力腿的配合對身體平衡以及動作、姿態的優美有著重要作用。

5、動力腿是非重心支撐的一條腿,可做各種屈伸、擺動以及前進和後退的動作。

6、握持姿態在交誼舞中是相當重要的,握持得好可以使舞者的外形在舞蹈中展現得更加漂亮,握持要點可以分以下幾步。具體可以參考視訊【國標交誼舞入門】

(一)男士女士先分別屈膝直立身體站好,男士的左手與女士的右手虎口相對握好。

(二)男士的右手五指合併,放在女士左肩胛骨下邊,女士的左手放在男士的右大臂上。

(三)在跳舞的時候,男女之間身體的重疊為二分之一,即:男士身體的中央線對著女士身體的右外側,不是完全的重疊也不是完全錯開。

(四)視線上,男士的視線從其左手到女士的頭的中間看出去。女士的視線從男士右肩膀上方看出來。

動作技巧

方位

是指在一個舞步結束時,雙腳在舞池中所面對、背對指示之方向,也就是指舞步執行之方向,並非身體之方向。一般以舞者自身為中心點,每向右轉45度為一個方向,分前、後、左、右及左前、右前、左後、右後八個方向。

移動

在未起步之前,雙膝要放鬆,欲前進時,先將腳以上的整個身體前移,使身體重心落在雙腳前掌。欲後退時,先將腳以上的整個身體後移,使身體重心落在雙腳後跟。當身體重心超出支撐點後,身體將先於動力腿開始移動,同時主力腿緊隨開始動作,推動身體繼續向前(或向後)移動。(見圖2)

反身動作

這一動作技巧可使旋轉做得圓滑、連貫,但做的時候要做得適度。反身動作是一種引導身體旋轉的動作,是指身體與舞步形成反向配合,不論是前進或後退身體的另一側向移動足方向移動,此動作作為左、右軸轉步,表現最為突出。這個動作一般在交誼舞中經常運用,注意在向前轉動時主要以肩帶動,向後轉動時主要以胯帶動。注意,反身動作並不改變邁步的方向。

口訣要點:左腳前進時,右肩和右胯前送右腳前進時,左肩和左胯前送左腳後退時,右肩和右胯後讓右腳後退時,左肩和左胯後讓。

傾斜動作

熟練掌握這一技巧動作,有助於平衡或旋轉的舞姿優美。傾斜動作表現為身體由足踝以上向左或向右之傾斜度,傾斜的原則是傾向轉圈之內側,反身動作不可傾斜,但在右腳反身動作進行時,應向右傾斜,左腳反身動作時則向左傾斜。各種旋轉,開始都是反身動作,接著參與其中的就是傾斜動作。

擺盪動作

這一動作技巧最為關鍵,只有做好了擺盪,傾斜和升降兩個動作才會顯得自然完美。擺盪是以身體一側為軸,用身體的另一側向前向上做運動的動作。因為擺盪,引起身體的傾斜,又使得身體有了向上的動作,繼而有了上升,並且是螺旋式上升。它要求舞者在每次走步時身體和腳步有向上蕩起的感覺,有如盪鞦韆一樣從下向上蕩起。擺盪技巧適用於除探戈舞以外的其他各舞種,尤其在三步舞中常用到。

升降動作

這一動作技巧能形成一個波浪起伏的曲線,顯示出舞者的輕盈和飄逸。上升是指大腿肌肉支撐,將膝蓋打直,然後整個身體向上擴張,隨著由腳跟之升起或離發之動作而來。下降是指支撐足由腳尖到腳跟往下並延續屈膝之下降動作,便於下一步的進行。各種舞步都有不同程度的起伏,這種起伏是指舞者身體和雙腳所表現出來的上升與下降。

現以升降技巧得到充分體現的慢三步舉例說明:當第一拍出步時先屈膝降體到最低處起步,第一拍的後半拍即開始上升,第二拍運步時繼續上升,第三拍繼續上升到頂點,這時身體呈現暫時“懸掛”在空中的形態,強化飄逸和輕盈,然後在第三拍末時又下降。

其他技巧

韻律

有韻律感的人在跳交誼舞時很加分,它是指在舞蹈動作中,人體運動的自然規律造成欲左先右、欲縱先收,以及動與靜、上與下、高與低、長與短等辯證的規律。韻律在舞蹈中有著重要的地位,是較難掌握的一種動作因素。

提升韻律感技巧:

平時要注意對情感的把握,在學習每一個舞蹈動作時,培養掌握動作寓意化、情感化的能力。練習基本功時要讓音樂伴隨,用心感受音樂,掌握音樂節奏,跟上音樂律動,真正感受到每一個動作所具有的情感境界。

造型

造型也是跳交誼舞時很重要的一部分。造型一般是指塑造人物外部形象的藝術手段之一,在舞蹈中人們將塑造性強的動作姿態稱為“造型”。舞蹈作品離不開動作,動作展現的就是造型,造型技巧需要舞者的高度配合才能展現。

造型技巧:

對稱圖形:看過一系列眼花繚亂的高難度技巧動作和變化複雜的造型之後,直白的造型有時更易於觀眾接受。當然簡單構圖需要多方面思考和實踐,比如可以參考基本的幾何圖形。

不對稱圖形:一般分成平面和託舉。一般這樣的造型難度係數大,追求動作配合的順暢和巧妙,展現舞者自身的優勢。這一技巧主要要做到呼吸一致,兩者必須同時用力,要藉助對方的力量才能完成造型的完整及接下來造型的穩當轉換。

服飾

一套出彩的交誼舞服飾,在出場時能讓人眼前一亮。交誼舞服飾最重要的就是能讓舞者從容地完成各種技術難度的舞蹈動作,同時還要有助於加強舞蹈的藝術表現力。尤其在國際標準舞比賽中,舞服也佔了一定的分數,因此舞者的服飾、儀容不可忽視。

挑選服飾技巧:

挑選時首先要和舞蹈風格相和諧,男士和女士服飾注意事項如下:

對男士來講:一般上身襯衫、T恤衫均可,領帶可打可不打。下身一定要穿長褲,西褲或休閒褲都可以。腳上應著皮鞋,有1-2釐米的微跟最為理想。鞋子的尺碼應適當,鞋底及皮革柔軟舒適為宜。襪子的顏色一定要與皮鞋褲子的顏色相配。

對女士來講:上身的穿著較為隨意,可視情況配戴一兩件首飾。最好著裙裝,長短應個人愛好而定。女士的鞋子正式要求高跟鞋,鞋跟在3-7釐米為宜,初學者為防扭傷,微跟即可。

慢三步教程

初學者想入門交誼舞,建議選擇華爾茲(慢三步)比較容易上手,一般在舞會中,慢三也是跳得最多的。華爾茲(慢三步)以優美的音樂、瀟灑的舞姿和起伏的身浪而被人們稱作“舞中之後”,其步法清晰簡單,初學者在學好基本功之後,再去把升降、擺盪、反身、傾斜等技巧融合進去就會非常優美,在圓舞曲伴奏下,兩人精彩起舞,則可盡顯溫馨與浪漫。現在分享一下華爾茲(慢三步)的基本步法教程。

基本姿勢

基本姿勢:(一)首先男士伸出左手,四指併攏,拇指形成虎口,請女士上前搭手。(二)當女士搭好手後,男士引導女士向前,女士的左手虎口插在男士的右臂的三角肌上(三)而男士右手五指併攏,搭在女士的肩胛骨下。

女士步法

女士首先右腳後退一步,右腳腳尖著地,接著腳掌著地,同時左腳往後退一步,腳尖著地,再腳掌著地右腳後退一步,腳尖著地,再腳掌著地。往前時,右腳上一步,從腳尖著地到腳掌著地再左腳上前,腳尖到腳掌著地。簡記:後退時:掌跟—掌—掌跟前進時:跟掌—掌—掌跟。

男士步法

慢三第一拍即重拍步子要大一些,二三拍為弱拍,步子稍作調整。男士首先左腳腳跟著地,右腳往上一步,左腳腳尖著地到腳掌著地,同時右腳踮腳讓腳尖著地

右腳上一步,腳跟著地,左腳上前一步,腳掌著地右腳上一步,腳尖著地到腳掌著地。簡記:跟掌—掌—掌跟。

步法要領

慢三步的運步要領,以下為向前向後運步詳解。

向前運步:向前運步時,男士的腳跟,滑著地面向前,後面的腳的腳尖,拖過來,再向前再用腳跟再滑向前,腳跟拖過來,再滑向前。

向後運步:向後運步時,腳尖擦著地,找到著地點,腳跟拖回來,找到著地點,腳跟拖回來,動作重複即可。

自學注意事項

初學者在自學跳交誼舞時,在學舞過程中容易出現一些小問題,但如果能夠重視以下五點,學舞的過程將會順利很多。

1、忌急於求成。初學的學員容易犯的毛病是隻求數量與進度,而不注重動作質量及規範,容易在短時間內學完很多動作及套路,這些不規範的動作及套路無疑如同“虛設”,久而久知習以為常之後,要想改正,十分困難。因此在學習動作時,應循序漸進、反覆精雕細刻。

2、忌忽視姿態。學員在學習標準舞或拉丁舞時都應該注意姿態美。形態美,舒展挺拔、優雅大方,才會令人賞心悅目。因此在跳舞時始終要保持抬頭、挺胸、收腹、立腰、肩放平、膝放鬆、大腿和臀夾緊上提的姿態。

3、忌一味求“花”。自學時,要避免陷入以“花步多少”衡量舞技高低的誤區,一味追求花步數量,認為“花步越多越好”。這樣的“花拳繡腿”在真正的比賽中勢必經不起裁判觀察與觀眾的欣賞。所以自學最重要的是要打下堅實的基本功,然後針對自己的特點有選擇地學習一些花步及套路,才能揚長避短做到“錦上添花”。

4、忌忽視音樂。學員在開始學時,往往只重視技術動作的學習,缺乏對音樂韻律的表現和認識,學習中常常出現動作與音樂脫節。因此在學體育舞蹈時,要加強音樂修養,深刻體會到舞種特徵的詮釋,才會把音樂融入到自己的套路中,把音樂和舞蹈發揮得淋漓盡致。

5、忌忽視配合。男女舞友在學舞時,儘量都學習瞭解下男女步。比如男舞友學了女步,這樣你對舞蹈就會有一個全面的瞭解,身體也更加靈活。而女舞友瞭解後,就知道女步會比男舞友慢半拍,讓男舞友推著你走,千萬不能走在男舞友的前面,否則跳不出感覺,還可能踩著男舞友的腳。

學會保持放鬆

所謂放鬆,是在具備訓練有素的肌肉能力的提題政,向更高層次的發展和提高,使整個形體具有一種“在放鬆的狀態下用力、在用力的同時還要保持放鬆”的能力。這樣才能在張弛有度的輕重緩急之中,施展出形體空間節奏的魅力。

重視腰部訓練

腰部要注意柔韌、力量、及腰部肌肉感覺的靈活的訓練。要重視分析不同狀態下動作的“動機”和內在感覺,在反覆的比較鑑別中,找到自己神經系統中的“座標”,從而使腰部眾多肌肉群,能夠隨心所欲地聽從調遣。

重視理論基礎

很多人認為學習交誼舞很簡單,只要看看視訊就能上手,其實如果沒有掌握正確的理論知識和學習方法,那麼則不僅會學不到位,有時還很容易造成身體的傷害,所以要重視理論基礎。
